Book Arts
Anytime I hear anything about combining Books and Art, I think of Brian Dettmer. Brian uses old books to create insanely detailed sculptures simply by cutting through layers of text and images. The old books he uses experience new life the second he begins making incisions as the characters inside literally leap off the pages.
